| Film and landscape |
Cinema Vittoria - Palazzo Traversa - Saturday June 27 - Sunday June 28
Two events: The first dedicated to the environment, with the Italian premiere of Franny Armstrong’s The Age of Stupid, an exceptional documentary on climate change starring actor Pete Postlethwaite (The Usual Suspects, Oscar nomination for In the Name of the Father); the second on relationships with local landscape, with two documentaries filmed by school pupils for the Local Perspectives project; a documentary about the Abruzzo earthquake; short films featuring Italian cultural figures like Vittorio Gassman, Pier Paolo Pasolini, Federico Fellini and Cesare Zavattini speaking about the landscape; and a new look at the environment in Grandeur Nature’s videos.
